Just match the carb content to whatever you sub in for cream of rice

My coach has me eating1/2 cup of cream of rice everyday for breaakfest I'm just wondering can you sub that for oats

Yes, like I said earlier it's fine just make sure the total calories and carbs are similar. Don't have to be 100% the same but not a difference of 200calories either. Good luck at your show.

I was on instant grits no butter but the butter bacon flavor meet the macros I needed !!! I love some grits and it was Ronnie Colman the GOAT go to carb during prep

i been eating brown rice for months, on a daily basis,, has anyone had any problems eating too much rice so far? ill add some oatmeal to my shakes so i dont consume so much rice everyday i try to cycle my carb sources but its pretty much rice and oatmeal so far. sometimes ill eat some granola here n there but its not really my cup of tea

Kashi cereal, instant brown rice, yams ,apples and can black beans has been my sole carbs for the last 5 weeks . And some post workout Powerades. Went from 215 to 173 in 4 months.

Cut has been going great , easy to lose too fast a lot of times, I'm trying to slow it down..

I do a 20-30 minute cross country walk/run in the Alaska backwoods everyday , I think this is key to ripping up .

Got to activate the furnace , gets the fat burning effect going...
