Hey all
I've been lifting for years without real results because i refused to quit with the booze which kept me inconsistent and ultimately fat. After my wife got pregnant i realized i needed to make serious changes if i wanted to have the energy needed to be a great father.
January 2025 i quit drinking entirely and since then dropped from 255lbs to 210, and ran my first half marathon this past June in 2 hours 21 mins at 235 lbs. Goal is sub 2 hours this summer.

Since then I've become a father, continued the daily running habit and began TRT. Going from 235 total test to 800 this past October has been an insane change in quality of life. I'm getting what feels like 10x the results i did before while running an even simpler program than i was before adding test. Currently planning first cycle, and working on making up for lost time.
