Has anyone successfully helped gout inflammation with peptides? I'm on allopurinol but joints are still achy as the crystals flush themselves out.

Mazdutide seems to lower serum uric acid levels. Gave some to a friend with serious gout issues to try out. He just started so we'll see how it goes over the next couple of months.
