Throw a chopped chicken breast or two in a skillet with oil and add some chopped spinach. Throw in some garlic powder let it cook. When its done, eat it straight up or put it on a roll and make a sandwich out of it. Its very good. I stole the idea from Tony Luke's here in Philly. If you've ever been to Philly you probably have had a roast pork sandwich from Tony Luke's. Anyway, their chicken and spinach sandwich is great so I decided to make my own. I started making it last week and I can't stop eating it. I think I ate 5 chicken breast just yesterday.


BTW, you can't beat this: I got 10lbs of ice glazed, seperatly frozen tyson chicken breast for $25 at BJ's wholesale. If you don't have a BJ's around you, then you probably have a sam's club. You can't beat 10lbs of fresh chicken breast for $25.
