Glutamine & Creatine Dosage

I'm planning my first cycle-a bulker starting the first of November-I'll use test e and deca. Anyways, my question is should I increase my creatine and/or glutamine intake when I'm on cycle since AAS increase the body's ability to utilize such nutrients? Everyone knows you should increase protein intake dramatically while on cycle, so my line of reasoning leads me to believe the same would be true with creatine and glutamine. I've never juiced before so all I can do is speculate. Anybody care to comment from personal experiences or legitimate science documentation?

I've always loaded creatine with 10 grams mixed into a protein shake and 10 more grams with about 40 grams of sugar & 5 grams of glutamine post workout. Once the loading phase is over I maintain with 10 grams post workout with sugar and glutamine. How much should I increase this amount? Double? I typically drink about 4 liters of water a day, and this will be increased to about 6 L when I cycle on in Nov., so I don't think extra creatine will cause cramping, but I am concerned with excessive bloat. Also, I've heard of guys taking 5-7 grams of glutamine per 20 lbs. of body wieght in several doses spread out through the day. Do you think this is excessive or needed when on cycle?

Loading is NOT required for proper use of creatine! Bill Phillips started this to sell more product (scum bag). I use glutamine only while dieting and coming off cycle. I'd suggest saving your creatine and glutamine when you come off your cycle.
