gh timing

good evening meso members
im reading in here and evrywhere else and just cant figure out when to shoot my hgh. Goal is muscle building. Im running 5iu a day pharma (pfizer) shooting evryrthing am before my workout. Using peptides post workout and pre bed. Do you think thats the best route. recomondations.

I always preferred to split the shots myself, it's more exposure time and I feel like you utilize more of the product. There is only so much IGF-1 you're going to put out from a single shot, multiple shots means more output and exposure time. Just my thoughts anyways

From everything I've read I completely agree and split the dose throughout the day for quite awhile. Then I got a tip from a guy I really trust and started doing it all right before bed.. Night and day difference within weeks. I don't know why it's more effective considering all the info out about splitting and the large natural pulse at night but it's pretty dramatic..

Also, aids patients are able to metabolize 18ius from a single daily shot, why wouldn't we be able to use 6iu?

It could be the same thing as pinning long estered gear once a week vs twice a week. Large pulses or spikes are typically better at driving gains rather than smaller more steady pulses. Same goes with protein metabolism. Look at Layne Norton's research showing a blunted effect on anabolism and protein synthesis from too many protein meals (6-8+ meals a day or so) vs increased protein synthesis and anabolism from fewer protein meals (3-5meaks a day).

and 100mcg of t4.
i have to say i now have tried both and i feel better shooting evrythin in one shot because from the peptides i get pulses trough out the day anyway snd before night.
 
What about losing our natural pulse if you shoot it pre bed?

If you are not old you still produce it, shooting pre bed will inhibit the hgh release, isn't it? Just bro science?
