GH dosing based on FBG?

I’ve slowly but surely been seeing FBG numbers rise lately, so this is what my little chat slave made me to kind of “defend” my insulin sensitivity, anyone ever tried anything like this before?

No, I just throw more insulin sensitizers at it. On 36IU (surgery recovery) my FBG got up to 90 which is high for me. Now back to 75 on 12IU. Reta, RLA and dihydroberberine.

I pin 2-3 hours after my last meal. Usually check my bg just to make sure it’s not spiked when I eat heavy. 4mg Reta 2x/wk. FBG before I walk out to work at 530am is around 70-75 most mornings. 6 weeks in 4iu.

What time of day are you taking it and what are your goals with it
I guess staying lean and longevity mostly. I was st 6iu 6 days a week but reducing as we speak, wanna see where the lower dosing puts my IGF/fasting insulin/etc at in a few weeks. I was pinning usually in the morning or early afternoon a couple hours before training, but considering all bed time.

What was your natty igf-1

What is it on 6iu?

Are you shooting all 6 at once?

For your goal of wanting to stay lean, GH would be most effective at night and fasted. Wait a few hours after your last meal, shoot it and done. Do not eat after. Do fasted cardio in the morning to take most advantage of it. Don't eat or touch any food before. Once your insulin goes up from a carbohydrate, you've wasted your chance.

Higher GH blood serum levels are what contribute to lipolysis

That is optimized when you take GH fasted

When you take GH during the day when you will be eating, you will optimize for IGF-1 conversion.

I don’t usually eat anything beyond a protein shake before 3-4pm anyway though, so pinning 2.5 hrs before training seems it would max my fat loss results best for my typical schedule. Once or twice a week when I don’t do much I pin at night though. Natty IGF was 215, 6iu last had me at 295 but that was a full 36-48 hrs with no pin, not sure how to play that for next labs though. And yeah, haven’t split dosed in a while either, sticking to the big bolus.

What are your goals with that food plan?

... It takes 3 hours just to reach peak blood concentration.

The literal instructions for serstim when prescribed for fat disorders is to take it before bed. That's just how you do it.

HGH is an eryday ting my man

You don't. You just take it every night.

No need to split with what your goals for it are.

Food plan/IM fasting is mostly to give my bitchass digestive system a break. Anything above 2-3 meals a day and I just hiccup and feel like shit. And I thought most longevity protocols were 3-4 pins a week, never daily. Of course daily is best for high Igf but that’s not a “top goal” I guess. And they actually prescribe serostim for fat loss?! Thought it was for HIV patients mostly.

I can relate. Fortunately I don't get hiccups, but I have to eat fast digesting foods to feel comfortable. Very low fat. No onion. No Garlic. .... lots of white rice and egg whites. And half gallon fairlife non-fat ultra filtered milk every day.

And I thought most longevity protocols were 3-4 pins a week, never daily.
HGH has never been studied or prescribed as a longevity medication. The science on that is antidotal at best.... Every peptide shill loves to have their own protocol.

For me, it makes sense that if I want the benefits of using HGH, I should use it as directed by the people who developed it. I don't think I'm gonna crack a code by doing it different.

Thx for clearing that up for me, I was mistakenly assuming it was just to get their Igf back up to stave off muscle wasting and whatnot. Guess not, that’s a hefty gut to deal with!
