Getting my diet down while at school

This semester I have kind of a mixed up time I go to school and work out. I work out mostly in the early afternoon but then have a class directly after. I was wondering what other people would do as far as dieting while going to school. What I do so far is eat oatmeal in the morning with some milk and then don't usually eat until after my workout at around 1pm then have a protein bar then dont eat until I get home at around 5. So my lunches are pretty small, but I eat top sirloin patties on a george forman with some cheese and on wheat bread and have eda mame with some greens for my dinner, then a protein shake before bed with some flax seed oil. Right now i'm around 160 lbs very lean but still looking for more definition and muscle. I give the impression of someone larger because of my height 5'8" and my very small waist to shoulder ratio. How could I improve my diet if there is a way? Maybe eat more in the morning? I usually feel very sleepy in class if I eat too much and settle like that.

First off you need to get a good shaker bottle with a strainer and a screw on lid. Then either put your protein powder in a ziplick bag or take mrp packets with you. I have class on tuesdays from 9:30 am to 9:20pm and only have 2 breaks for 1 1/2 hrs. I will have 3 MRP's during classes. Then i workout during one of my breaks and have a postworkout shake while walking to my night class. Then i have another shake during the break in my night class. Also protein bars suck for your postworkout meal. You should get something like xtreme formulations relentless, VPX's NitronX, Scitec's Myomax 10 in 1, or Biotest's surge. As you can see it can be done you just need to prepare everthing ahead of time.

Dude, you need to eat a lot more! I don't know what you consider the morning, but I'm thinking like 8am. That's 5 or more hours until you eat again. You should have eaten 2 or 3 times more in that time frame.

Post workout, suck down a shake if you want. Eat in between classes. It's easy.

What are some good easy to make food ideas that can keep that have a high ammount of protein and little to no sugars? I need some ideas for a snack i can get at somewhere like costco so I can buy it in bulk and just bring a single to school for between classes and the such.

Tuna fish. Chicken in a can. Cook up some steak, chicken, turkey, shrimp, orange roughy or whatever the night before. Put it in a bag and eat the shit while you're out.

Beef jerky, hard boiled eggs, protein powders, buffalo jerky, kangaroo jerky, elk jerky. How many more do I need to name. It's a piece of cake.
