Hi everyone, just wanted to share a heads-up for those who might be driving into Germany with any gear or drugs on them.

I got stopped near the Dutch-German border, and they thoroughly searched my car, even removing panels and such. It seemed like they were expecting a large haul of drugs. I should note that the timing might have been particularly bad, as it was 2 AM. Traveling during regular business hours might be a better option if you got gear or drugs on you. We where held there for 3hours.

I was fined €900 for carrying 10ML of pharmaceutical Eifelfango Testosterone Enanthate. I had my prescription on me as this was on prescription. Court didnt care, as this was apparently "over the prescription limit"

This is true. My friend also had his car searched and they found 5 ampoules of 1ml each on him. So a total of 5ml. He got a fine of €200 even though he had a prescription and a certificate. No wonder Germany is a country of cowards that is flooded with immigrants from Africa and other third world countries.

Take a lawyer, it isn't correct. If you have a prescription for a long term therapy there is no "legal" limit. Especially for Medicines that is regulated under the AMG, because the amount you can have is based on legal therapy obductions and there can be reasons why you have 1 or more packs on you. Maybe the way is too long to the doctor or because of less time. There is no law for this, and that is NOBODYS business even if you put the amps in your ass, nobody has to care if you have a prescription.

it could be under special circumstances be seen as fraud if you have a prescription but you carry a wholesale box of 1000 amps. It has to be in relation to the therapy.

Unfortunatly that doesnt work out how we think it would. I do have a very experienced lawyer who basically told me that its more expensive to go through the legal system and try to fight this off than pay the fine. Germanys legal system is a complete shitshow when it comes to male hormones and doping.Technically Testosterone is not illegal to posses(german pharma brands only) according to the AMG, but at the same time according to the anti doping laws it is.
