Anyone watch this? I love Fouad’s podcast.. he recently had Patrick Tuor on and he was talking about his methods on diet. Lowish protein (150-200g for a 280lb pro) and super high carb, and only enough fat to support metabolic function. Anyone tried this approach and have good results compared to high protein? Seems ideal for transitioning from bulking to cutting because you simply pull carbs and up protein slowly.
