Aich says his ability to take his troubles lightly and remain happy during difficult times are the secrets to his long life.

That, and a simple diet of milk, fruits and vegetables along with rice, lentils and fish have kept him healthy.

He does not smoke and has never touched alcohol, he said.

"I never allow any sort of tension to grip me. I had to struggle to earn money since my young days, but whatever the situation, I remained happy," Aich said, sitting in a room decorated with posters and pictures of his many bodybuilding triumphs.

afaik test has been around for 75yrs now, so i'd reckon that is what bb'ers used then

Schering was making Testoviron back then. Various testosterone preparations and methyltestosterone were available. Oral synthetic steroids didn't appear until Nilevar in 1956 and Dianabol in 1958.

i actually couldnt believe that dbol was still legal in the early 90's in the US!

In 1942, he joined the Royal Air Force under India's British colonial rulers and it was there that he began his relentless pursuit of body building.
fair play, he was in great shape, i much prefer that type conditioning as opposed to the freakish monsters of modern times.

He defo used em the dbol is pretty harsh on the hairline especialy back then for some reason, i think its because theyre were only 1 or 3 roids available back then so used them more frequently, still in good shape though

But he's so old, they had not even invented Dianabol yet [:o)]

what? as Millard pointed out, it hadnt even been invented the. i dont know why you think dbol was diff then compared to now, either its dbol or its not. if your prone to losing hair then virtually any AAS will cause you to shed.
