Been reading through the threads here for a while and figured it’s finally time to introduce myself after months of lurking.
I’m 31 years old. Started this whole journey at 5'9” and 280 lbs (30%+ BF) a little over a year ago after discovering GLP-1s. I’d been obese since middle school, but since then I’ve steadily dropped to 190 lbs, mainly thanks to consistent work with Tirzepatide. I recently transitioned to Retatrutide (6 mg/week) after finishing a long run of Tirzepatide (15 mg/week).
About 6–7 months ago, I added TRT (160 mg/week), and roughly 3 months back started HGH (2.5 IU/day). I’ve also used PSMF phases strategically to break through plateaus. That combo — plus consistent lifting and cardio — has brought incredible results both physically and mentally.
A few weeks ago, I began my first real cycle:
Testosterone 500 mg/week + Primobolan 300 mg/week + HGH 5 IU/day.
Feeling great so far and planning to pull labs soon to see how my markers look.
My current goal is to lean out further and then slowly add quality size while keeping all health markers tight.
Not sure how often I’ll post, but I’ve already learned a ton from this community and really appreciate the quality info here. Looking forward to sharing progress, learning more, and connecting with like-minded people.
