Starting a cycle this monday and I'm cleaning up my diet. However, college football season has just started and I need help on food ideas.
1. Do I have to give up beer?
2. What can I use to relpace the brats, chips, cheese dips, etc..

eat proper proportions of all the nutrients and then work even harder, then u dont need to give up anything..

thats wat i believe, i eat what i want apart from the balanced diet and workout according to my diet, that helps a lot n m fit...
