foods for test levels...

What some other good foods to raise your test levels? I know that oats and grains are good but any others? I make sure to eat a big bowl of oatmeal everyday to ensure that the complex carbs stay in my system and oats ta help my levels. But is there any others or any for growth levels or any before you go to sleep?
 
Hmm, Ive never heard of oats and grains as having any effect on test levels. For the highest natural levels, a fat intake of ~30% will be the answer.
