Food advice??

Well basicly I have been just eating what ever I can to bulk and it seems to be working well as in lean muscle but pretty curious about what I should be eating I hop between 190 and 195 pounds im 5ft5 and semi lean 6 pack shows etc how many carbs/protein per meal should I be having? I have between 6 to 8 meals a day depending on how full I feel etc any help would be great.
 
It depends on your activity level, throw a calorie number and start from there. Watch your weight weekly, if you are gaining then it is not your maintenance, keep reducing until you stop gaining. However, macros depend on your body too, if you gain fat quickly then you musnt consume too much carbs.

60%p
20% carb
20% healthy fat


It is just me, I know it is dumb to consume that little amount of carb.

See I'm looking to keep gaining not just stay where I am that's why I have been eating everything I can find Lol!

I'm just me lol no better then any one else but in the gym easily in the top 5 for size but I'm short so look alot bigger then say a tall guy I would class my self as stocky though 17 inch arms 17.5 pumped big chest 6 pack huge calves legs etc so it just adds to the pounds and the overall effect
