Well basicly I have been just eating what ever I can to bulk and it seems to be working well as in lean muscle but pretty curious about what I should be eating I hop between 190 and 195 pounds im 5ft5 and semi lean 6 pack shows etc how many carbs/protein per meal should I be having? I have between 6 to 8 meals a day depending on how full I feel etc any help would be great.
