Fixing undistributed muscle

My left calf is bigger then right. How do i fix this?



I used to play basketball and would always jump off left leg and soccer would plant off left leg, and probably broke my right foot leg one time. Its pretty significant size differnence.
 
Hello,

Have you tried doing each calf separately and starting with the weak side first?
I am figuring out best way to approach, have not done anything really. Thinking of doing an extra set on smaller side yes. Just starting to figure this out this week.

This is a good idea i agree
