First time PEG MGF user questions

Planning on using PEG MGF to prime my satellite stem cells for 45-60 days prior to using IGF1-LR3 afterwards for 30 days, so I’m trying to figure out the most optimal way to use PEG MGF to help with injury healing more so than muscle growth as I’m dealing with several soft tissue (muscle, tendon, ligament) injuries. This is the same reason I’ll be using IGF1-LE3 for afterwards (primarily for injury healing)

What is the best dosage for PEG MGF? I’ve read anywhere from 200-600mcg daily, where the higher end is beneficial for muscle building, but normally people dose around 300-400mcg 1x per day. I was planning on dosing 300mcg for 2 weeks, 400mcg for 2 weeks, then 500mcg for the remaining 2-4 weeks. Would 400-500mcg be too much?

I was also planning on dosing post-workout 3-4 times per week, probably 4 times, but would 3 be sufficient as it has a long half life of 2-3 days (48-72 hours)?

As well, I’ve read that subcutaneous (SubQ) injections are fine to use, but some users recommended intramuscular (IM) directly into the muscle just worked out. Is SubQ fine or will it diminish the benefits? Once again, I’m primarily using this for injury healing as of right now and not focused on muscle building until I can fully recover from my injuries.

If IM is recommended, then is during a workout after a few working sets recommended or is post-workout still fine?

And lastly, should PEG MGF be reconstituted with 0.6% Acetic Acid similar to IGF1-LR3? Or is Bacteriostatic Water okay to use for PEG?
 
I know this is a late response but for healing take BPC, GHK-CU, TB-500 and GH (the healing abilitys of growth hormones does not come just from the rise in igf-1).

Take alls of this in high dosages and you will achieve very good results

I use BAC for LR3 bc I use a vial in 2-3 days

0.6% acetic acid is for long-term storage and I'm assuming 2-3 days is not long-term

Thanks for the response. What do you consider “high” dosages for BPC & TB? I’m currently taking 1mg of both a day split into 500mcg morning and night.

I’m also taking GH peptides CJC-1295 no dac and Ipamorelin 125mcg each twice a day. I’m almost done those as well as finishing up PEG MGF this week. Planning on taking IGF1-LR3 at 40-70mcg starting next week for 1 month. And then afterwards consider jumping on HGH itself. How many IU’s of HGH would you consider sufficient for injury healing and recovery?

First of all, everything depends on how sever the injury is. However with chinese suppliers cost really shouldnt be an issue.

Basically im telling you the stack i gave somebody who had sever injurys.

So a really high dosage would be 2mg daily of TB-500 and BPC and 10mg of GHK-CU daily. Why exactly this ratio?
Well because there are premixt options were 10mg BPC,10mg TB and 50mg GHK-CU are in one vial.


On top of that i would add as I said HGH? How much? Well, theoretically as much as you can handel (HGH has to be ramped up to avoid sideefffects like carpel tunnel syndrom so always start with a low dose and split it up, make sourself familiar with ramping up HGH)
Again with chinese sources price shouldnt be an issue.

4IU is a good starting point, but 6IU would be better. For healing you would want a stable HGH level over the whole day whivh is why in my opinion CJC and GHRP arent a good choice.

So lets take 6IU. You would want to do 3 injections over the day. One right after waking, one in the middle of the day and one right before going to bed. Peak blood concentration levels are reached after 2-6h but half life is only about 30min.

A couple things to take into account:

1. Watch your insulin sensitivity

2. More is better but you have to be able to tolerate it. There is no point in running 6 or 8 IU of HGH if you get sleep issues, caroe tunnnel syndrom etc. and feel awful.

3. HGH should be run in the long run. 2months of 3IU is better than 1month of 6IU however this of course depends a lot on the injury. If i break my arm and thats going be healed up in one month anyways... you get the idea.
