First time - just received Opti gh blue caps in mail

Im new to the forum and I am still not able to post in the underground forum, so I just thought I would report here that I received my first ever order from Opti (first time ordering anything from anyone tbh) in 6 days. Pretty impressive turn around time. I was a little concerned as some people in the underground forum had not received orders yet that they had placed in late November, but it seems like that might be a USPS issue. I do have one other concern about ppl's blue caps not reconstituting crystal clear recently. I did my best to research what the differences all were between them, but went with the blues since they had the best most recent labs and price. They tested more pure than the greys which I found surprising. Ill reconstitute in the next couple days and update the thread on if they are clear are not.

Also, I was all set on my dosing schedule routine until I came across the thread saying fasted in the morning was best and to have your workout a bit later. Pretty much everyone else says night time is best. Idk. Im all ears if anyone has a suggestion.

Nice. I think timing is similar to people that try to hit protein windows and do fasted cardio. It’s not that it doesn’t work, more that it could likely be more trouble than it’s worth.

A lot of people like a bolus before bed. I’m at 6.6units which is 50units on a slin pin so I split it AM and PM for convenience. If you get the ‘sleep like a baby’ thing then before bed is a good option, but the consensus seems to be that it takes months to see anything other than sleep and water retention with possible water retention sides.
