First cycle

Thanks for the good read bro. I may get some just to test out the waters. I also have gotten a better general diet plan in order.
This is an example i found. I'll adjust portions and whatnot according to my calorie intake though.
I'll be bulking so I'll probably need to take in over 4k calories a day minimum I'd say.
Breakfast, 8 a.m.
5 Egg whites, 2 turkey hotdogs in a whole wheat bun with a glass of
skim milk Mid morning meal, 10 a.m.

Roast beef sandwich and a glass of skim milk with some almonds
Lunch, 12 p.m.

Roasted chicken breast salad with a glass of skim milk
Mid afternoon meal, 2 p.m.

Protein bar with a small protein shake
Pre-workout meal, 5 p.m.

Ultra-Lean Pocket with a glass of skim milk
Post workout shake, 8 p.m.

Protein powder mixed in skim milk
Dinner, 9 p.m.

Meat, vegetables, brown rice with skim milk

I will try to take in a minimum of 720ish Protein Calories Per Day.
A minimum of 540ish Protein Calories Per Day
and a minimum of 2600 Carb Calories Per Day

Sound good for the most part?

Well, I personally don't eat that way. So, I may not be the best person to go over your diet if you want to stick with the Standard American Diet.

I eat a moderate/high fat, very high protein, low/medium carb diet. I eat lots of meat w/fat (mainly beef), veggies and salad. I only eat carbs post workout and that includes Sweet Potato, White rice, Bananas, Berries. I enjoy alcohol on the weekend but if you don't drink, don't start:)

I can't fault you if you wish to stick with a more traditional diet like you have out lined but I would definately up the protein portion to a minimum of 200grams (800 calories) up to 300grams (1200 calories) per day. Absolute miminmum should be 1 gram per pound of body weight but 1.5g pp is best.
