First cycle questions!!!

I am serious in thinking about starting atkins on the 27th as it will coincede with my starting of clenbuterol as well as equipose. I am wanting to lose weight while i firm up as well. I am thinking about 375mg eq a week and 80 mg clen 3 days on 2 off and using eca stack on my off days. I currently weigh in at around 245 with around 23% bf. what should i expect on average buy using that for 10 wk cycle. I have also posted this in the nutrition forum so pardom the duplication.

just take that much eq once a week and you'll be fine do clen 2weeks on and off 2 weeks doing the eca. Do this for 8 to 12 weeks. Take some milk thistle every day. You can get it a drug store. Make sure you have clomid post cycle.

Dude, you could probably diet down to 12-15% w/out the use of AAS,but if you're already set in stone on using, then try to aim for a loss of 4lbs. of fat/wk...Remember, you don't want to sacrifice muscle...I personally can't stand the clen, but some people love it...just remember to pyramid the dosage up to your tolerance level...Believe me, too much clen will have your hands shaking...Try the clean at 2days on and 2 off.

Clen 2 days on 2 days off is useless.. It has a 36 hour half life so its not enough rest time for your beta recepors... after 2 weeks it will become ineffective..

Cycle it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off..

Ramp up your dose... Ramping down isnt nessesary but is optional.

After much reseach i am doing the clen two weeks on two off , and also started the eq today. With adkins i could tell with a loss of strengh but hopefully that will return soon. I also have read the clen will help fight the appitite the eq brings so i hope it does. First shot today did not hurt a bit, but my hip is a little sor. As long as it is in muscle it should be ok. Please correct me if i am wrong. I was not dead centered on he ass check over to the side some so i hope i did not get into my hip too much. 22gauge 1.5 inch needle.

glad ur using the 2 week split... may i ask why your using the atkins diet? it isnt set up for someone on juice with increased protien synthesis and an elevated metabolic rate from the clen and the eca on your off weeks.
 
And clen makes me hungry as a fat bitch... So i'm not sure if it will help curb your appetite.. -J

as for the adkins and the increase in protein synthasis, i take in so much more protein on adkins than i do in my normal routine. I just cut the carbs and weight falls off. Lost over 20 lbs in a month last time i was on it with no clen help at all. My work out routine goes 4 days a week, mon. tues. thur. fri. each body part 2x but different movement and objective. 40 min cardio 6 days a week. Trying to take in 400 grams protein watching the fat and tons of water. Any ideas or suggestions on how to tweak this thing i would really like to hear. I am very open to modifications and using everyones knowledge to better myself. Thanks for the post!!

Jroc, I have never done atkins while working out. What did you find in terms of energy levels for working out while on Atkins. Were you able to? did you loose much muscle? Did your strength leave while on atkins. How quickly did it return?

I am getting ready to do an atkins myself and I was wondering what I could expect. I am waitning for my T3 to arrive and some Isopure zero carb.

This is the second time i have been on adkins and the first was amazing as far as results. No lifting just light cardio and 20 carbs or less for 5months and i lost 48 lbs. Looked like i did in college. Only bad thing was i was able to see the loss of muscle that i had had since the fat was gone and i leaned up soo much. After the first week it comes back for the most part. Your body goes into ketosis (spelled wrong) and starts looking other places to burn for energy. How does that t3 work? I was thinking about stacking it with what i am doind but someone said there is muscle loss while you are on it? I did not know so i just did nothing. Anyway i am looking forward to the coming months and hope that you will be as sucessful as you want to be on adkins. Best of luck!!!
