Hello, I've been reading these forums for well over a year now and have learned more than I ever could on my own from the countless hours reading threads. I finally decided to stop lurking and to join up! Nice to meet all of you and I look forward to learning more.

I'm 25 years old and have been working out since I was 16, although I was in sports for as long as I can remember (soccer, karate, basketball). I can't seem to get past 170 lbs, but I'm 5'10 and my bodyfat is less than 6% without ever doing cardio (we measured in my bio class). However, I'm sure now that I'll be actively posting and learning even more getting past this barrier won't be a problem!

Welcome to MESO-Rx! I can relate to the difficulty in gaining bodyweight. While AAS will obviously help, a big key is learning to consume obscene amounts of calories beyond what your body is comfortable eating in order to push your physique beyond what nature intended. On the positive side, once you achieve that extra LBM, it remains relatively easy to go back to your naturally low bodyfat percentage at a much higher LBM setpoint.
