Fina Conversion...to heat or not?

Have read of 3 or 4 different methods for converting & am leaning towards the heating method...I mean, who knows where those cattle pellets have been? Have a 10 gram kit & pellets should be here soon. What's your choice? Thanks!

Are you talking about baking the finished product or warming up the magic solution to dissolve pellets?

Bake 250 for 20-30 minutes, after filtering. Hell, I even re-baked mine after it sat for 6 months to re-sterilze. Still potent as hell. use 25g needle to relieve pressure.

I was refering to baking the final product for sterility purposes. I was going to crush pellets to aid the dissolving process. Is this necessary? Thanks for reply!

I wouldn't waste time crushing as you you actually lose some tren in the process (on the mortus and pestle -sp?).

I've been baking in preheated oven at 250 F for 10 min, then remove for 15 min and let cool, repeat for two more times. Supposedly it's the heating and cooling action that sterilizes.

I've made a ton of gear and except for water-based gear, ALWAYS bake it and have NEVER used a pin to vent the vial. I've always been afraid that leaving the pin in during heating could leave a tiny hole in the septum. Anyways, I've never had any problems heating at 250 F without a pin.
