Wake up
-8mg creatine with oj vitamines and greens
-Pre work out is citruline malate and betaine anhydrous
-Bcaa during work out
-Bcaa after with more betaine anhydrous and glutamine
-omega 3s with dinner.
Proteine shakes as needed.
Anyone take CLA? Seems like a hassel to be poppin those things 3 times a day lol
 
Whey protein, multivitamins, bcaa and I try different pre workouts all the time. Occasional joint support and protein bars for convenience.
