Favorite Shake Concoctions!

Just aquired me a blend tec, and I need some ideas for awesome blender recipes. I have the blender envy fever!!

I'm talking preworkout shakes, meal replace shakes, fucking post workout shakes name it! Whatever the fuck you like to blend up and drink, post that shit!

I'm hitting the grocery store up tomorrow and gonna get all types of food.

Really wanting ideas for post workout shakes and in between meal shakes to get a few extra thousand calories in.

I was thinking

Cup of oats
Banana
Milk
Egg whites
Protein powder
Greek yogurt
Natural peabut butter

Shitt that alone has to be over 1k calories or more!


But I want to make use of this badass thing. Some dude says he buy London broil steaks and cuts it into cubes and blends that and makes burgers out of it. Anyone else try this or have the same blender? For Christs sake, they blend iPhone with this bitchh

 
I do the same thing everyday. Boring but reliable.

1 banana
2 scoops protein
Milk
Liquid egg whites
PB
Coconut oil
Oats

Thats my meal replacement. Gets me about 1700 cals and taste ok

I always try to do what i can do whenever i can do it lol. Im sure that most of em are prolly more than likely the same damn shake lol but atleast theirs a shitload to choose from. Your welcome bro.
 
My shake concoction is

1/2 cup of oat powder
1 tsp of broccoli sprout powder
2 tbsp of Unflavored psyllium husk fiber
1 tsp of glutamine
1 tsp of cocoa powder
3 scoops of chocolate whey protein isolate

It tastes good and keeps me satisfied for a couple of hours
