Hey dudes, about to hit some heavy test and Anadrol and want to know what your guy's favorite bulking foods are. I'd like to focus on budget choices as I'm not a rich man so no filet mignon in this thread. But any choices will be fine. Just looking for new ideas that I have not thought of yet. as great as whole milk and peanut butter are I do get bored from time to time.

If you live near a walmart, check out Powerful Yogurt...maybe other stores carry it, also...
Anyway, for $4.99 i get the biggest container which allows me to spread it out over 7 days (usually meal 2 of the day) @21g/protein/serving. Its plain so you can add whatever you want...cheap and simple

Aldi has a similar yogurt near me

rice, is one serious cheap way of adding calories. I also love peanuts, easier and faster to eat than peanut butter. I also make chili, beans and beef add a ton of protein

Pressure cooked Chicken breast , store brand frozen spinach, baked potato,,topped with 2 eggs over easy,,and ketchup! 3 times aday every damm day.and don't forget the cottage cheese,,,lots of it

Superdrol Protein pancakes! :) I have a awesome recipe mine are vegan but you can make them with eggs and dairy if you please.
I like to cover them with like 4 Tbls of peanut butter, bananas and toasted coconut, garnish with 10mg of superdrol.:p Then Wash it down with a 600 cal protein shake.
(Superdrol is optional)

Deer lots and lots of deer meat. Peanut butter, eggs, my grandmother's cooking;) fuckin banana pudding (not that fake shit but the real grade A with the meringue on top and niller wafers):D

Chicken with white rice or penne pasta with marinara. I'm eating it 3 times a day right now.

And Kodiak cake pancakes!
