I did 400mg/day for 6 days, on the 7th day I did 600mg.
The sides were nasty as usual, but not intolerable. I felt rough on 600mg. Thought I was gonna throw up on the last day, but didnt.
My diet was high protein, mod carb, very low fat..
Trained 3 times during the cycle, workouts were kept to 40 mins, using moderate weights. No cardio.
No alcohol, and loads of water.
Its now 2 days after my last dose, and I feel great!!!!!!!
