Happy jump day folks.
I've recently tried to clean up the ole diet again and was gonna look to try a new fat burner. I haven't found one in a while that I can tell if I like or not.
Any suggestions would be great.

Save your money. The only real fat burner is DNP but if you fuck it up you'll die. Ephedrine works too but it makes your heart go crazy same with clen. Hiit cardio and 500 calories under maintenance works best if your at 20% body fat or more. Try doing hiit on the stair master for 15 and aim for 300 calories.

Have you thought of giving your metabolism a jolt? Search vasodilator Deoxyhemoglobin and see if this technique for independent Microcirculation management is for you...
 
OP I've tried everything aside from DNP and will say it all comes down to diet. Unfortunately diet is the key to seeing abs. There just isnt another way around it. DNP may be. But I wont touch it. I have tried, T3, T4, Clen, Albuterol, HGH, and ECA(not all at the same time!).
 
I'm currently taking adipex...It doesn't suppress my appetite as much as I had hoped, BUT the energy increase keeps me busy so I don't eat AS MUCH as I normally would I suppose
 
Ephedrine is great. If your tring to stay the supplement route look into Olympus labs Bloodshr3d or ignit3. Both pretty good thermos and good energy.

If you're thinking of an over the counter supplement, fat burner save your money. You can do it with diet and exercise alone.
Or were you thinking of not so over the counter options?
 
Stats? Training history? DCA? TDEE? Macro break down? Current cycle? There isn't any important information in the OP besides the fat burner and at first read it just looks like you're trying to find an easy route and trust me it don't work like that
