wish ic ould help you bro, that shit is a fucking maze to me. too many damn steps, i started to set one up and said fuck it, and i sent the cash USPS. paypal is easy as hell, but Evo is a mystery to me bro... good luck, some one will be able to help you i'm sure, but i recommend sending by another means, just because setting up Evo is a big pain in the ass. peace. crew.

1. create an account with EVOCASH....takes a couple of minutes.
the funding is where you all have problems.
2. email : "X-Changers Admin" <question@x-changers.com> and ask them for the information form on funding your account using a wire transfer.--they will send you the info--print it out.
3. okay, fund your account with a wire transfer from your bank-goes to New York-wire costs $10. just show your bank the form you printed out and tell them the amount you wish to wire.
your account will be funded in about 3 days...any problems, email "X-Changers Admin" <question@x-changers.com> again and they will get back to you within a few hrs.

to remain anonymous--create several accounts--of course they will all have "zero balance". just transfer funds from your real account to the one with the fake name(make sure your fake names have emails that work). just "bounce" your funds around!

Paypal is a bad idea!
I would never use Paypal for anything illegal. Paypal is tied your bank account and or credit card leaving a easy paper trail to find. I sure wouldnt want to make it that easy to trace or track any purchases I made. If im not mistaken Paypal is owned my ebay and ebay has a history of turning over infomation about to you to the authorites when asked.
