Hi all.

British newbie here. I’m 43, 6'3", 108 kg, based in the UK, and focused on recomping and getting my body fat down to a more reasonable level. I've been carrying a back injury for a long time now and am now recovering from recent spinal surgery. The injury meant a long break in training hence weight and BF spiralling. Rebuilding strength and movement carefully is a big priority right now. I’m running Reta at the moment and working on getting my training and nutrition properly dialled in.

I’m familiar with peptides and have spent time learning that side of things, but I’m new to the oils side and trying to understand the landscape properly before making any long term decisions.

I’m not planning on touching anabolics any time soon - but open to the option in future. If I ever do, I'd guess it would be at least a year away and only after I’ve made solid progress without them.

Here to learn, read, and build some knowledge.
