I was wondering what is considered must take vitamins and minerals during training (w/o gear).
I'm already taking 2 multi vitamins and 2 grams of vitamin C per day. I was thinking of getting vitamin A, D & E but don't know how much I should take. I also have a vitamin B complex sitting on the shelf. But I'm also wondering about zinc, magnesium, etc. However, I do not have a $400 budget for vitamins so I want to get what's required for the best muscle building supplementation.
