Couple things, first I don’t even see a link to the actual study so we have to hope the writer understood what they read, second they had only 45 people and we don’t even know what their T levels were, and third this small study contradicts every other study, which doesn’t mean much.

This article mentions how testosterone increases the inflammatory response when its known to reduce inflammatory response, that alone makes the article suspect. They’re saying testosterone increases inflammatory ie immune response while lower levels decrease it yet somehow the immune system is overreacting via cytokine storms...how’s that? Guessing most likely the writer misunderstood whatever they read, but this is also a tabloid so yeah.

All i want to know is, what did you do to get the title of this thread so hosed up?

I belong to a testosterone replacement therapy group on Facebook and someone posted this article. I figured to share it with Meso, I found it interesting none the less. Testosterone and AAS in general is looked down upon with the general public as well within the medical community. Trt Clinics triple their profits, and getting a legit testosterone prescription is like like pulling teeth, even though it made my quality of life tremendously for the better. It’s just interesting because not long ago, a lot of compounds were widely used in the medical community, not to mention WWII soldiers for benifits. None the less, I digress.

I'm talking about the title of this thread.

iPhone? Do you keep your tiny phone in your tiny purse too, ma'am? :D:p

This is what the title looks like to the remaining 98% of users on the forum that don't use iPhone or the Crappatalk app.

Edit: Strange. It won't show the emojis in the title, but it will in my post. Oh Meso, you silly goose.

Edit again: Now they're not showing after my edit. Well played, Meso. You win this round.

The Sun UK!! Yeah everything they write is horseshit.
They once wrote an article about a family with a pet turtle, he escaped and apparently ate them all and then hung himself.

Is this what you see?

The first question that pops into my head on this topic is how old these men are.

Obviously, older men are more likely to have lower testosterone levels, they're also in a higher risk group if they contract the virus. So the hormone levels may have really nothing to do with the fatality rate. Still interesting... It's still so early to really be able to make any real judgements on these statistics though.
