Any solid info on how the body digests liquid egg whites....Do we absorb all the protein when we drink them ??

Protein assimilation is substantially lower in the raw form.
 
I recently watched a documentary about human evolution in which they attributed part of our brain development to the ability to cook our food.... basically (at least in regards to protien) cooking your food makes everything more bioavailable
