Could you guys give me a little info on the differences. I found that the serving size with the whey protein was mostly 2 scoops for a serving but the egg is less than 1 scoop- the egg is much more expensive too, I was wondering which is better? I am not real concerned about taste, or flatulence or how much one makes your ass explode
...just overall nutritional value and muscle building benefits. TY
