Without question nutrition is a huge key to achieving your goals, whatever those may be.
So shit gets expensive, the two just go hand in hand.
I am opening this thread as a way for those on the East coast to save some money on food and other dietary essentials.
Once again, I can only say this is for east coast stores, mainly Kroger, Publix, and Target.
I'm starting it off with a staple I see in almost everyone's nutrition: eggs.
Kroger is running a sale on the Kroger Large Dozen Eggs. $0.49 per dozen. I got 10 just now for $4.90.
(The 18 packs are what i got on the weekend for $1 each)
I don't mean to be a crazy cat lady/grandma clipping coupon type weirdo here... I just hope some of you goons can find some help out on this. Feel free to chime in on other deals ya find.
