No way to tell with a picture. Could be Anavar, could be nothing but filler.

The only way to know for sure is to have it tested, swallow them down and see if strength shoots up, or hope someone else has tried them and had a good experience.

The only problem with the last one is that their batch may not be the same as your batch, and quality can differ from batch to batch.

At the very least, LabMax it and see what it comes up as. Or do as MSG said and pop some and see what it does.
