E2 Results: Ultra-Sensitive vs Standard

That's wild the delta is so big between the two. I was always under the impression that the standard test was going to read higher than the sensitive, but not that much.

Following to see if anyone has results to the contrary: Seeing a standard test read lower that the ultrasensitive would be interesting, and make it much harder to find use in the standard testing for sure.

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago when I did a blood test to assest my e2 level: despite taking high doses of AIs I still got 33 pg/ml. I think the standard evaluation is innaccurate, especially when taking aromatase inhibitors that could somehow influence the results

I think the standard evaluation is innaccurate,
It's well-known that the "standard" assay is rubbish if you're on hormones. Just be good to start to get a sense of "how rubbish? is it compound-dependent?"

Maybe it turns out there are scenarios where it lines up with ultra-sensitive, and you can save some money if you know what those are?

I recently had two estrogen tests performed, the regular and the ultra sensitive, the regular test came back<30 and the ultra sensitivity test came in at 13 so quite a big swing there, you can see how ive been struggling with my e2 control, i find it easier when im on a blast to get a decent e2

if you are on anything other than test you have to be careful with the non-sensitive estrogen test since the other compounds can cross react. Tren is notorious for this and will produce absurdly high false estrogen readings.

I'm adding both to all tests moving forward. Even with the disparity between the two, a quick ballpark is better than no data at all for nearly a month

that looks just like mine, one dose of anything im crashed to 13-14 then i swing back up. I dont want to increase my test but i might have to.

How do you feel with that T value so low now after stopping TRT? Is it like rlly tough or you just gotta pull through.
Well I was using MENT, still had hormones in my body.

I did go 1 year in jail and had Test of 120 when I got out.
Honestly didn't feel that different, besides not having any erections/libido.

And to add to my estrogen level difference according to those tests and ai said my e2 would liken be 15-25 according to my <30 estrogen test, , I went round and round and with ai and couldn’t get a clear response as to how they calculate that , then when I punched in my actual e2 sensitivity test it said well “close enough” 15-20 and 13 was within parameters . lol

From my reading and personal experience the difference between the 2 tests when running just test and most anabolics is very little. The ultra sensitive is mostly used for getting a precise number when E2 levels are low. And was invented to check womens E2 levels that were using an AI to suppress their E2 levels when getting cancer treatment. Some compounds such as tren are well known to skew the standard test with false positives.

Quest blood draw 9/3

This was my natural baseline before starting test
Was only using 4iu HGH every night

Total test was 631
Standard estradiol 29
Sensitive estradiol 26

These screenshots look different because I didn't match my registered quest street address with the 3rd party I ordered from, so they don't show up in my quest account. Only on the 3rd party website.

So FYI, if you want 3rd party results to show up in your quest account, make sure you use matching street addresses.
