E2 levels – when do the sides kick in?

Hi guys, what’s your E2 (estradiol) limit above which you start to notice negative symptoms?
(Anxiety, low libido, nervousness, mood swings)

I’ve noticed that once I get above 40, I start to experience irritability anxious and nervousness.

No issues with blood pressure, acne, libido or water retention.

Speaking of pinning daily, is that still IM? That’s a bunch of tiny doses… slin pin?

Yup daily IM. Low oil volume makes it much easier than you think. I personally use a 30g 1/2in for my delts and a 27g 1/2in to draw from the vial. Used to do 27g for pinning, but delts werent too happy so had to rotate out and im not a big fan of pinning IM most other places. Ventral glute is my second spot, but I use a 27g 1in needle for that. I have a neck injury and twisting myself up like a pretzel never ends well for me
