E2 levels – when do the sides kick in?

Hi guys, what’s your E2 (estradiol) limit above which you start to notice negative symptoms?
(Anxiety, low libido, nervousness, mood swings)

I’ve noticed that once I get above 40, I start to experience irritability anxious and nervousness.

No issues with blood pressure, acne, libido or water retention.

Tell me a bit about your experiences if you’d like :)

It's very subjective my friend. You'll find lots of stories of guys running E2 over 100 with no noticeable symptoms. Not everyone blows up with water and gyno with the higher levels. If it crashes below say 15-20 you'll probably start to feel joint pain, fatigue, irritability, sexual problems, etc. If you feel fine I think anything between 20 and 60 is fine. I wouldn't chase the lab values otherwise.

like 15 and under is crashed and my joints ache, sleep is bad and I get more irritated with people, skin in specific parts of my body is dry, memory issues, cant bust a nut because dick has no feeling, very weak in gym.

22 was my natural levels.

above 40 i get moody and get this female like despair of being overwhelmed and i get more insecure and kind of hopeless, my face also takes on a ton of water even if you can still see my abs. also i bust way quicker.

I aim for 25.

I relate to your description when it comes to mood.. above 40 I start to feel a sense of “insecurity” and anxiety about doing things.

On the sexual side, there’s no difference at all.

I’d like to bring my E2 back down to 40; right now it’s around 58–62, but I’m afraid of crashing if I use an AI. I wanted to try 0.25 of Adex, but I’m not sure how I’ll respond since I’ve never used it before.

Primobolan isn’t accessible, and I can’t tolerate boldenone , I already suffer from high hematocrit even at TRT doses, despite all possible precautions.

My natty E2 level was 6.9, likely really low my whole life, and as of my last bloods is at 41. Joints feel WAAY better than before, mood is a bit better, and I actually wake up in the morning instead of being a zombie for an hours or two. Certainly some of that is also due to the increased T, but it goes to show how wide a range people can tolerate.

I thought I was dialed in but my E2 was 18. Added 20 mg more test per day and feel a ton better.

Aromasin my guy.

Start with 12.5mg once or twice a week. If you need more 25mg Monday 12.5 Thursday, etc. simple

I had naturally very low e2. It was awful. I think it was a result of when I crash dieted hard but I can't say. I hair went dry and brittle, I blame this for my eventual hair thinning. I try to keep it above 30, but it's hard and always seems to push lower the harder I push it up (with extra hcg).

Below 30 my dick doesn't work well, my skin is dry and I wake up after like 4 hours of sleep and can't sleep again. Awful.

Never had it above 60 on a blood test, but 30+ and I feel good again. I remember before hoping on TRT stuffing myself with soy thinking it would help. Nope.

Fun fact: when I was super obese I still had low e2, 333lbs of untrained blubber and zero bitch titties and chicken legs, all went to my gut.

Thanks for the advice. At the moment, I don’t have any ASIN on hand, I only have Adex. I’ve also heard that it’s harder to calibrate the dose with Adex, and it’s harder for E2 to recover in case of a crash, so I opted for a mini dose of Adex, 0.25 mg per week or twice a week, we’ll see… the point is to keep estrogen at least at 35.

I’ve also heard that ASIN should be taken every other day.

Nope. Aromasin has a duration of action of around 5 days. Twice a week is plenty. Even once a week could be enough depending on your response. It takes a few weeks for e2 to recover after.
It's arimidex that usually needs daily dosing

Not sure what your pinning frequency is, but sometimes pinning daily is enough to manage your e2 and sides (if its not drastically out of range).

I have experience the same as most have said in here. e2 at 60 was my threshold. And I was growing a tiny bit of gyno on one side. Secondary compound basically cut that in half to 32. Im feeling better, but im looking into my hcg protocol usage.. as I narrow things down it all keeps pointing towards hcg as the "wild" variable in my stack. Even checked prolactin to see if the gyno was caused by that, but im in range at 14.. which is actually 1.7 points less than my actual baseline labs.

Im waiting on ultra senstive e2 results currently so Ill have some more data soon... Feels like the lab tech handling my sample is an actual sloth lol

Hi guys, I wanted to let you know that yesterday evening I took 0.25 Adex, and this morning I feel much better in terms of mood, nervousness, and anxiety — actually, I have to say I feel really good!

My dosing schedule for my 172.5 mg of Test C and 1000 of Gonasi was split into two weekly injections.

(I used to do three subq injections of Test Cyp, but I didn’t notice any difference compared to doing it twice, so I went back to the usual schedule.)

My estrogen was at 58 a few days ago.
I’d be curious to test how much it dropped after this Adex dose. I haven’t had any high-estrogen side effects other than mood issues (no water retention, nipple sensitivity, bloating, or acne).

I’ll keep taking Adex once a week (Maybe 0.125 next time) , or maybe more often, but only if those annoying mood swings come back.
I’ll get my blood tested before the next dose

Speaking of pinning daily, is that still IM? That’s a bunch of tiny doses… slin pin?

IMO if you want to pinning daily use propionate..
Think you still get a smoother curve and lower peaks/smaller serum delta when pinning longer esters daily. IIRC, it's more diminishing returns at that point over say eod, however. Also, can still help with managing E2 levels a bit.

Pinning ed does give you the option of running something like prop, which should carry a bit more hormone than a longer ester test so you could theoretically run a bit less volume for the same serum concentrations.

I’ll tell you guys what. I just had bloods done, results below. I didn’t have any e2 symptoms really, but had some heart palpitations and shit.
Oh, 285 lbs, 46, walk in the AM 45 minutes, light lift at lunch and lift in the evening. Bro split.
Anyways, pin 100mg TestC twice a week, Friday night and Tuesday morning. Took .25mg Arimidex Tuesday night, about 36 hours after pin. Gave blood to help w hematocrit Wednesday night. It’s Thursday and my shoulder hurts like a mother with incline dumbbell presses and my lower back /hip joint hurts when I stand. Wtf.

Well, I’ve noticed that we all seem to agree that between 20 and 60 things are generally good… I hear people struggling between 20–30 and 40–60, so I’d say most people agree that the most preferred range is between 30 and 40 :)

But I also wonder, do you always keep the same range, regardless of your total testosterone levels (whether they’re high or average)?
