Why would you want to increase your DHT levels using a gel when this can almost always be achieved with any form of endogenous testosterone?

I will raise this issue. It is likely that this product is easier to make than testosterone suspension.
Because bio identical DHT has different effects than for example proviron, masteron, primo or other DHT derivatives.
It's not that interesting for bodybuilding purposes but it is for things like libido, energy, cognition, etc.

And there's an absolute PFS epidemic going on too, actual DHT has the potential to recover PFS (and many have recovered with DHT gel), the demand will only become bigger. Also interesting for PSSD (post ssri sexual dysfunction) and PAS (post accutane syndrome)
I could go even more into depth but it's absolutely not the same as the typical DHT derivatives. And just using testosterone is not enough to have those effects, many people also have problems converting to DHT.
Thank you for the explanation, I will take that into account. If possible, could you explain in more detail why in some people testosterone does not convert to DHT? Typically, when using exogenous testosterone, most people have high or very high levels of DHT, as I have observed myself based on blood tests.
It's not that common but some have problems with the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme not working properly, especially when taking 5ar inhibtors. Also the enzyme is under more pressure with modern environmental stressors also causing an inhibitive effect.
