Yes. Put it in your checked baggage, just so you don’t stand there sweating if TSA empties your carry on. Make sure they’re absolutely protected against leakage in some hard container preferably.
No one will check the contents of your vials, or question the presence of needles on a domestic flight.
International is an entirely different thing.

I even told TSA about me having needles and testosterone in my bag just in case he wanted me to take it out. He said no worries just leave it in the bag.

It isn’t.
Ive flown with oils and GH carry on.
Tsa and customs doesn’t care (i dont fly to 3rd world countries so cant comment on that)

I fly internationally a dozen times a year.
For domestic flights, the TSA’s role is security. not looking for drugs. Only if they come across something clearly illegal will they summon the police to investigate. Put it in checked baggage and it’s a non issue. Even if the checked bag gets opened in baggage handling for a hand search, they’re looking for explosives, and won’t start an investigation to figure out what’s in a couple 10ml vials. Meds aren’t required by TSA to be in prescription bottles and they’ll never ask to see a prescription.
But once you cross an international border, you lose all protections against warrantless, intrusive searches.
The risk depends on the country you’re traveling to, often it’s minimal. Thailand won’t care about your vial of test and syringes. Japan will lock you up for a single modafinil tab without a prescription.
But it’s the US that’s always done the most thorough searches. Not always. Maybe one out of 25 times returning to the US. But I’ll never risk coming back with gear. I take just what I need going out, and toss any leftover before returning.

depends on local laws and regulations. Many countries treat hormones as normal medication and they are not highly controlled or illegal.

Only place I wouldn’t touch is Russia.
EU, Japan? Australia? I wouldn’t have a second thought of bringing stuff.
