My lifts before lockdown
Squat 500
Deadlift 700
Bench 300
I have a 150 pound bar of weights I have
Been doing very high reps and calculate it
so for example I’ve did 150 for 110 reps back rows now the equals a 720 1 rep max,
and I did front squats for 40 reps which equals around 350 it was 135 for 8 before leaving gym!
will all this light weight training increase my lifts?
