Does light weight high reps increase one rep max!

My lifts before lockdown
Squat 500
Deadlift 700
Bench 300

I have a 150 pound bar of weights I have
Been doing very high reps and calculate it

so for example I’ve did 150 for 110 reps back rows now the equals a 720 1 rep max,

and I did front squats for 40 reps which equals around 350 it was 135 for 8 before leaving gym!

will all this light weight training increase my lifts?

You need more weight on the bar, to create a adequate stimulus effect. A higher percentage of your 1 rep max plus the correct amount of volume to go with that - this preserves most of your strength gains and sets you up better when you return back to your regular training.

You could try adding bands or chains, or even other random shit to get the weight up. No one in the powerlifting world got to a significant milestone by breaking the rule of trading specificity
 
At one point i was using some generic logging app for my workouts. It would poorly attempt to calculate my 1RM using the maximum number of reps i could get in a single set with a given weight.

Long story short, it calculated that my 1RM for bent rows was 2,800 pounds. :rolleyes::D

Haha, ya most are just a ballpark figure, your seems like right out of the park lol. They also lose accuracy even more when you run it over 3 reps for the calculation.
