Do women "squirt" routinely or what's up?

It sounds like what you're describing, "male squirting," could be a case of retrograde ejaculation, which is a rare but serious medical condition, that requires treatment as it causes infertility.

Female ejaculation is real; some women can do it. It's seemingly rare. I've had one of these unicorns. It's not urine, but probably contains urea. It's mostly... water and, er, elements, minerals; no clue.

Most "female ejaculation" porn is just women intentionally pissing; it's pretty disgusting in my opinion.
To piggy back on what Type-IIx was saying here about retrograde enjaculation; certain medications can cause this to happen. Flomax is notorious for causing this. I get kidney stones fairly often, 6-8 or more times per year, and flomax is usually a first line treatment to help a man pass the stone. Unfortunately, with some men like myself, it causes our baby gravy to miss a turn and go the wrong direction. My wife and I were trying to get pregnant at the time, and I didn't figure this out until I frustratingly and embarrassingly told my urologist that I knew I was having an orgasm but nothing was coming out and I was actually seeing little clumps of semen come out later when I would take a piss. I thought she would look at me crazy, but she took me off the flomax and put me on daily low dose Cialis and the problem was solved.
