What the hell does it take to stay on a diet. This was me third try at it, only 5-10 are lose I start to feel little and then there goes my diet. Help please
 
Are you taking any AAS with your diet--- They are very important when dieting, to preserve the muscle--

Other than that I feel your pain bro, whenever I diet I start to feel small and weak--

Also try to diet slowly therefore you dont loose to much weight(muscle and fat) fast-- Slow and steady is the key, but it is hard for me too


Just try and set a goal and do it no matter what-- Like myself, I am going to get to 250-260 before I diet--no matter what I get the urge to do--which is loose some fat now==
 
Nope I never used AAS yet, I have about another 4 years before I even think about AAS. I keep telling myself six years of training before I use.

for what is worth, this is how I have handled mine.
carbs 300 g
fat 30 g
protein 180-200 g

This of course is on a daily basis. Every month and 1/2 I give my self a day off and eat normal.
