Hi fellow lifters, i am new to this forum and i guess there is already a thread about this. If so please redirect me if not i'd like a little help. I am currently on a test 400 cycle. I jab twice a week (1,5mla week) and i am currently 25yo i weight 190 pound 5ft10in and 16% bf . I train 5 to 6 time a week since 4 years now . I eat about3,5k calories a day and i dont know if its enough i get about 330g proteine a day rest is mostly carb(rice and veggie) so any help would be appreciated
