So I've been looking for a good new diet pill

Something that helps raise ur metabolism and act as a thermagenic

Also considering lipolyze from species nutrition

I've heard lipolyze is good

I'm just wondering what meso members have used and liked

I've run dnp and clen before....not together

But i don't like the Anxiety like shaky hands from clen

I prefer dnp over clen but after 5 days or so o can't handle the dnp either

Right now I need to drop about 45 lbs more. I've lost 40 so far but lost focus. Gained back 5.

I do 45 min of cardio every morning and 1 to 2 hours of weights 5 days a week

I eat pretty clean and watch my macros

I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the hurakan... See what it does. Try n drop about 25 to 30 before I do one final dnp or clen run to finalize the fat loss

Anyone have any diet pills they've tried and loved?
 
What's your specific diet? I've dropped 35lbs + off three separate clients this summer all within 12 weeks each, and the only "diet pill" implemented was cla near the end. Until you're 12% body fat or less, I wouldn't worry about using anything


Not asking for macros and approximates. Specific measurements and foods for each meal. As well as your stats
 
My day starts on an empty stomach cardio then my first meal is after that usually about 8 to 10 oz of chicken breast and that'll be with about a 3rd cup of brown rice or ill have 4 corn tortillas as the carb and with that either a small salad of kale spinach some tomatoes and maybe like 2 table spoons of ranch on it otherwise the green would be half a crown of broccoli. Sometimes instead for the greens ill have sliced up squash.

That's first meal

Second meal about 3 to 4 hours later is just a shake. Which is 25 g protein and a table spoon of peanut butter the smart balance one done with water

Dinner is either a large salad of spinach tomatoes onions and black olives with honey mustard and 6oz of chicken

Or I'll be a 6 inch subway sandwich chicken breast or turkey maybe tuna if I'm on the go

Last meal is the same shake

I know its not a great diet. But its served well while I was preparing for the bar exam until July

But now I want to continue losing weight for the swear in ceremony in November

I'm not sure on my body fat percentage but I'm sure its high

I'm 6 foot. 290. I started the diet at 328

Got down to 285. And been stuck

I do have muscle but I'm not yoked

Should I measure myself?

Dnp have a relative long half life. It will accumulate and at some point you will need to get off

keeping your estrogen at 30 will do wonders. No better diet than keeping your estrogen under control
