Diet Criticism/Thoughts

next cycle is starting up very soon. will be 750mg Test e, 900mg EQ weekly. I have some tbol i might throw in at some point but the overall goal is to build size, and not build fat. Luckily i have a great metabolism to make this possible.

Current Stats: 6-3, 220lbs, 10%
Lifts: Bench - 275x10, Squat - 365x8, RDL - 335x6, Vertical Leap - 36"

Training will be 5 days a wk, separate body part every day, doubling up on arms MAYBE. Cardio will be 1-2x wk incline walking, or basketball for NO MORE than 45min. After my last cycle i got up to 240lbs and my abs were more visible which leads me to believe that the 20lbs gained were all water/muscle, with a net gain of a bit of a better body recomp. (1-2% BF lost, weight same from added muscle) I recently switched my diet from heavy protein/fat low carb to heavy protein/carb with lower fat and have liked the results. I just dont like following it as much - Ok so heres my diet

Breakfast - 8:30AM - 295 cal
1 scoop vitargo + 1/2 scoop whey: 0f, 12.5p, 35c, 0f, 190 cal
banana + cinnamon: .4f, 1.3p, 27c, 3.1, 105, 105 cal

Workout - 9:00AM-10:00AM

Post Workout Meal - 10:15AM - 570 cal
2 scoop whey + 2 scoop vitargo: 0f, 50p, 70c, 0f, 480 cal
7oz pineapple: .2f, 1p, 25c, 2.6f, 90 cal

Lunch - 12:30PM - 730 cal
10 oz chicken: 14f, 53p, 0c, 0f, 350 cal
uncle bens brown rice: 6f, 10p, 78c, 6f, 380 cal

Post Lunch Snack - 2:15PM - 190 cal
protein pudding: 4.5f, 30p, 9c, 1f, 190 cal

Snack 2 - 4:00PM - 594 cal
6 oz pork: 9.4f, 36p, 2.6c, 0f, 246 cal
2 cup whole wheat pasts: 1.6f, 15p, 74c, 12.6f, 348 cal

Snack 3 - 6:00PM - 426 cal
6 oz steak: 25f, 46.4p, 0c, 0f, 426 cal

Dinner - 8:15PM - 670 cal
6 oz salmon: 22f, 34p, 0c, 0f, 354 cal
1 scoop whey: 0f, 25p, 0c, 0f, 100 cal
1 cup sweet potato: .1f, 2.1p, 27c, 4f, 114 cal
11oz broccoli: 1.2f, 8.4p, 21c, 7.8f, 102 cal

Bedtime Shake - 10:45PM - 240 cal
2 scoop casein: 2f, 48p, 6c, 2f, 240 cal

Totals: 86.6 Fat, 372.9 Protein, 374.6 Carb, 39.1 Fiber, 3715 Calories

Current off cycle Diet: 85 Fat, 325 Protein, 330 Carb, 35 Fiber, 3300ish Calories

Will be drinking a gallon and a half of water and taking vitamins/omega supps/coQ10/milk thistle/saw palmetto

Your diet looks good. I would try and eliminate any hidden sugars (protein powders, pudding) and use real brown rice over uncle bens (long grain, basmati, short grain..whatever), IMHO.
