diet advise

I am going to start using anabol and testerone 250 soon and
was hoping that I could get some advise for my present diet.

Breakfast @0730:
2 big steamed buns with 1/4 egg each.

Snack @ 1030:
2 piece of tuna sandwich with 1 egg.

lunch @1300
rice with curry mutton and 1 egg

snack @1700
2 piece wholemeal bread with chicken breast and 1 egg

dinner after gym
1 bowl of beef noodle soup with 1 egg white

snack before bed
1 cup of bannana milk

Please give me your opinions on whether it is sufficient and what I should add on or take away.
 
First, please advise current: height/weight and physique related goals.
Second, as you are probably not from America, please advise of any financial, social, availability, time, or any other restrictions on what you can purchase. Specifically when it comes to the high protein foods such as beef, chicken, fish, lamb, pork, eggs and protein powders.
Third, please advise the ingredients of things like "steamed buns"... I'm guessing that's some sort of soft bread with nothing but a little egg, and "banana milk"... I'm guessing that's a banana flavored cow milk.

Also Max Rep has great advise so I would listen closely. My two cents is you may want to eat just the egg whites due to cholesterol issues.

But yes, like Max said we need to know your goals and what youre stats are.

Sure, I am 23 years old, 168 cm tall and 52 kg and my goal would be to increase my body size and built muscles.
I am looking to eat more food instead of using supplements in my diet due to the already high cost of my steriods.
You are right, the steamed bun is made of soft bread about the size of a fist and contain pork with 1/4 egg in it.
The banna milk is a low fat, high protein bananna flavored cow milk.
 
According to what you're saying about your height and weight... you are 5'6" tall and weigh 114 pounds. I don't know that I've every heard of a fully grown, adult male at this height and weight... outside of someone with Anorexia or Aids, in a hospital. I have to ask, are you male or female?

If you are male, I'm also wondering if you even train with weights? Do you perchance have a serious illness or some reason why you weigh so little?

Assuming you are male, and you don't have a serious illness, the first thing you need to do is literally double the quantity of food you're eating at every meal. Eat the entire egg with your soup and every other meal. And your banana milk should also be doubled to 16 ounces (2 cups) and this quantity should be also taken the first thing in the morning when you wake up, before your breakfast of steamed buns.

I agree with MaxRep. This is completely rediculous. You can gain at least 30 lbs. by eating and working out. Don't even touch a steroid.
 
Well, I am asian male and most probably don't look big The rest of my family members are of small built too.

Well, cos I used to be a bit fat and had been on diet and hydroxycut before, lossing quite a bit of weight presently. None of my family memebers are suffering from any serious disease.
I just started my personal training on 16-04-07 and have been been injecting myself with 1 bottle of substaton 250 weekly and taking 3 anabol pills per day and will be incresing it to 4 per day on my 2nd week.

Allow me to elaborate, I had been told not to eat my steamed bread and to eat something more heavy for my breakfast. So i had started to eat a bowl of minced pork noodles for my breakfast. I had also beening adding half a slice of wholemeal bread for my 2 snacks.

So you mean I should drink 2 cups of my milk the moment I wake up, instead of before bed and also to eat 4 whole eggs with the egg yolk?

Also, regarding the egg, should I eat them by spreading them over 1 each for my 2 snacks, lunch and dinner. Or should I eat 2 for my snack before gym and 2 for dinner after gym.

Hello Boi,
I know some will disagree but in your specific case, I think adding the anabolics now is fine. Anabolics are legitimately used by Dr's, in cases where a person is severely underweight. You are clearly in that category and for the sake of your health, need to put on at least 20-30 pounds of quality weight.

Regarding your diet, yes, you need to drink the milk upon waking in the morning and again before you go to bed. Eat all your eggs with the egg yolk. Egg yolk has many vitamins and minerals plus protein. The small amount of fat it contains is a non-issue in your case. It doesn't matter that much whether you spread them out or eat them 2 and 2. Eating the pork noodles for breakfast, assuming there's a reasonable amount of pork in with the noodles, is good. Definitely better than just eating bread.

The bottom line is you need to eat more food overall and have as much protein with every meal as possible. Combine this with a good weight training program and the anabolics and you should quickly (2-3 months) put on a significant amount of quality weight.

Hmm, what do you guys mean?
Anyway, should I drink the milk and eat the egg as directed permanently
Also, what can I expect from using the ananbol and subsaton 250 after my supply of 2 months?
I have 220 pills and 9 small bottles of subsaton 250.
Do they help me by giving me strength so that I can lift heavier weights and longer.
I found out that it is not the case for me as I do not have the strength to lift the weights.
Please advise.
 
Guys, I need your advise on this:

Just yesterday, my trainer had a quick run through with my present diet and he gave me the following new diet;

Monday to Saturday (working out)

Breakfast:
Minced pork noodles with more noodles and more pork.
1 cup water

Snack 1
2 piece of white bread with tuna
1 cup water

Lunch
Mutton rice with more 1/2 bowl of rice and more mutton.
1 cup water

Snack 2(before gym)
2 piece of wholemeal bread with chicken breast
1 cup water

Dinner(after gym)
1/2 bowl beef noddles with more beef
1 cup water

For breakfast, lunch, dinner, I will eat 1 whole egg.
For snack 1 and 2, I wil eat 1/2 whole egg each.

For sunday (rest day), he told me to eat normally, no adding of rice or noodles or meat with a cup of water and just 1 piece of bread for snack 1 and 2.

Also, he advise me againist drinking milk just before bed and told me to drink it earlier but not after dinner. So I am now drinking 2 cups of my banana flavoured milk 1st thing in the morning when I wake up.

Please advise the new diet
 
Tell that trainer to get bent! You've already gotten the best advice you possibly could from MaxRep. Quit asking other people what you should do hoping you'll get an answer more palatable to you. For one, it's rude to MaxRep. Secondly, you'll just get more confused that you already are.
 
I agree with Grizzly. Max Rep has given you great advice and you should follow it. I have been on a bulking diet that Max Rep suggested for some time now and I have seen great results in no time.

Your trainer might be worried you'll grow bigger than him.
What is your sport?
Are you a muay Thai Fighter?
You seem Thai with some of the food stuffs you have mentioned..
 
for your concernm jasthace.
My trainer is actually much bigger in body size than me.
I dun do any sports, just having a personal gym training with him to be more muscular and increase my body size.
Nope, I am not a muay thai fighter, though that sure sounds interesting.
I am not thai but chinese, some of the food might not seem familar to you guys cos they are some of the common dishes available loclaly in SIngapore.
