dem traps

I usually do the same shit every time, I grab the heaviest Dumbbells do as many as I can and drop the weight 10lbs until I'm shrugging 5lbs each hand lol, There's also something about barbell shrugs behind your back that feels beautiful.. Very natural position and feeling and you can squeeze the traps more.

Am I right in thinking you lift a lot of weight and press as long as you can, then slowly decrease the weight and increase the reps?

Yeah like Malfeasance said I just run down the rack, But I practically do that at some point with every single muscle I train. The thing that makes traps different Is I don't warm up or do "feeder" sets leading up to it. The reps sometimes don't actually increase, Sometimes I might be done with the 120's and not be able to do more reps with the 100's or 110's etc.. It's just a quick and effective way to completely fry them.

Now I understand what the point is. I even wanted to do it myself.
