I've not done a cycle yet. So this is a total noob question.
I have my daily diet planned on a spreadsheet. It stays that way for a while until weight and gym gains stall.
From what I've read, when on cycle you eat a whole lot more. Do you just bump up the calories to a level you think you should be eating? Or do you let you hunger guide you as to how much more you should up your calories?
I was reading a thread where someone says he has only put on 3lbs in 6 weeks. The suggestion was to increase calories. So would you do that as a plan or let hunger tell you if you need to up your calories. I'm assuming when on cycle your body is looking for food and hence you feel hungry more than usual
* sheesh! simple question turned into a long ass post!
