decent ECA stack?

hey guys what brand would you recomend foe a good ECA stack and where could i order it from? I recently had surgery on my shoulder so i am watching my diet and doing cardio(cant lift)
. Im looking to shed some fat so when im all healed im not a fat ass. help a brother out.
